This forum's topic is Comprehensive Seasonal Planning and Preparation.

Discussion will center around the following areas:

1. Building owners' responsibilities for winter weather preparedness
2. Strategies for optimizing engineering staff deployment during inclement weather and enhancing productivity
3. Detailed planning for property winterization and de-winterization processes

This discussion will ensure we are well-prepared for all seasonal challenges and opportunities.
