OREA Luncheon: AI Unmasked

Description

A practical, plain-English look at what AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot actually are, what they are good and bad at, and how to use them for everyday property management work, including a live bid comparison. Topics include prompt writing, the tasks best suited to AI, protecting confidential tenant and owner information, and a cheat sheet and acceptable-use policy you can take back to your office.

This class will count for 1.5 hours of CE credit. Lunch will be provided.
