As budget season approaches and stress mounts, it's crucial to prioritize your well-being. This session will provide tips on self-care and overall wellness, along with a relaxing sound bath* and a nourishing lunch.
*Note: A sound bath is a meditative and immersive experience where participants are "bathed" in sound waves and vibrations produced by singing bowls. It is designed for deep relaxation, stress reduction, and mental clarity, helping to shift the brain into a meditative state.
We recommend bringing a mat or towel to lie down on for the sound bath portion of the session. We will have a supply of mats for those who do not have one. They will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
