The PM Roundtable was created to bring property managers together to have a non-structured conversation with their peers. This meeting is only for property people; no vendors will be invited.

The topic for this roundtable is Best Practices and policies. Some discussion points may include:

• Corporate cards
• Electronic signatures
• Tenant billbacks
• Occupancy plans, 2004 seismic occupancy plans, and keeping occupancy records
• Managing keys/files
• Tenant appreciation events
