Reporting to the General Manager & Property Manager, employee will perform accounting, administrative, operations and tenant relations duties. Success in this position results in maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to tenant concerns and requests
- Monitor tenant service requests to completion, conducting tenant follow-up and preparing work order reports as required
- Facilitate conference room reservation requests
- Responsible for new tenant transition program
- Maintain building and tenant signage
- Tenant Billing: Process work order billing and prepare upload for service requests from work order system to accounting software
- Accounts Receivable: process tenant cash receipts through accounting software
- Process invoice payments via Avid Electronic Pay System
- Prepare management fee calculation
- Maintain purchase order tracking spreadsheet
- Respond to vendor requests and concerns
- Review received certificates for accuracy
- Conduct follow-up communication for inaccurate/missing certificates
- Maintain tracking reports and distribute to building staff
- General office functions, including spreadsheet creation, document copying, telephone calls, create/maintain form letters and mail merge records
- Maintain document file system for tenants, leasing, construction, building, employees and accounting
- Ensure constant accuracy of tenant roster, email distribution lists, emergency contact lists and other important building information
- Distribution of documents via Adobe Sign
- Other duties as requested

This position is 100% in-office. The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.
Pay Range
$55,000 - $65,000 USD
