BOMA Oregon Announces 2nd Annual Happy Hour Building Tour 

Portland, OR – [April 9, 2025] – The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Oregon is excited to announce its 2nd Annual Happy Hour Building Tour, presented by BluSky, set to take place on May 15. This event offers a unique opportunity for members and guests to explore six of Portland's most iconic buildings while enjoying a relaxed and social atmosphere, complemented by food & beverage pairings. 

Event Details: 

Date: Thursday, May 15 

Time: 3:00-6:00pm 

Location: 6 Buildings located in Central Downtown Core 

The Happy Hour Building Tour presented by BluSky will feature a guided tour of six different buildings, showcasing their architectural highlights, tenant amenities, and new spaces. Attendees will have the chance to network with industry professionals, learn about each building's history and amenities, and enjoy refreshments in a casual setting.

• Tour featured spaces of 6 participating buildings by Urban Renaissance Group, Melvin Mark, CBRE,       Capacity Commercial Group, JLL and Lincoln Properties
• Networking opportunities with BOMA Oregon members and industry professionals
• Enjoy hosted beverages and appetizers at each location in the Tour
• Insights into the building's design, amenities, and history
