Township Building Services, a leading provider of commercial cleaning and facility maintenance solutions, is pleased to announce the promotion of Matt Beilstein to Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective February 1, 2025. Beilstein previously served as Senior Vice President of the company.

In his new role as COO, Beilstein will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of Township Building Services, including service delivery, client relations, human resources, and operational efficiency. He will play a key role in driving the company’s strategic growth initiatives and ensuring consistent, high-quality service across all locations.

Beilstein joined Township Building Services in 2008 and has steadily progressed through the ranks, consistently exceeding expectations and making significant contributions to the company’s growth. During his tenure as Senior Vice President, he was instrumental in expanding Township’s service offerings, improving operational efficiency, securing key client accounts, while in parallel making significant contributions to the commercial real estate industry through his service on numerous committees and boards.
