BOMA Oregon is pleased to welcome Avaly Scarpelli as our new Executive Director. Avaly recently served as the Executive Director for the Building Industry Association (BIA) of Clark County, a non-profit trade association, for over 13 years and has also served on other non-profit boards, bringing a breadth of knowledge and leadership experience to the position.

In addition to non-profit leadership, Avaly has a significant background in marketing, communications and events, having held various marketing and events director roles during her career. Avaly holds both an MBA and a BA from Washington State University. She also earned her U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management (IOM) designation from the University of Georgia. Avaly has received the DJC Oregon’s “Women of Vision” award and the Vancouver Business Journal’s “Accomplished & Under 40” award.
